My Description:
Chibi chibi has the ability to transform into a sailor scout too. ( Doesn't it make you sick.) She can say her name and thats basically all she can say. In the manga you see her as both Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon and Sailor Cosmos, her future form.

Animerica Info: In the Anime she is the "Light of Hope" which is Galaxia's star seed. When Galaxia sealed Choas with herself, she realized that Choas was taking over her. Before Choas completely took over, she put her hope into her star seed and sent it into space, looking for someone who represented love and justice to protect it. The star seed came to Earth, found that person (Usagi), and took on the form of a child version of the protector. So, that's how she came to be.

My opinion:
I'm sorry to say this to all you people who happen to like Chibi chibi but I think she is way to cute even though she does have her moments. That's one of the reasons I don't like her. Two, is that she is a 2 year old that can change into a sailor scout! I'm sorry but that's wrong!!!
