I really don't know that much about this character. But, lit her tell you what she do remembers.
Hotaru:
In SMSuper I turn into Mistress 9. When the scouts defete me I turned into a baby. Sailor Uranus (Haruka), Sailor Neptune (Michiru), and Sailor Pluto (Setsuna) took care of me. Eventually, I called Haruka and Michiru mom and dad. In Sailor Stars, I was being cared for by my father and I had dreams of Eternal Sailor Moon. Setsuna came to retrieve me and bring me back to Michiru and Haruka. When she reach them, they were fighting monsters. All three were almost defeted but somehow I changed them into Super Sailors, not only that, I had grown. Later on, I returned to her normal size.
Some people say I am a prophet or something. Oh! I'm also a friend of Chibiusa's too.
