Seiya Kou
My Opinion/Description:
Seiya is the leader of the Star Lights and is lead vocalist in the group. Seiya is pretty hansom considering he changes into a girl. But there's nothing much to say how good he looks as a girl.
I really got steamed that he was going to kiss Usagi in the Sailor Stars series. Keep your hands off Usagi, she's Momaru's girlfriend!! Oh well -_-. But he's a pretty cool guy.
