::Has to have a really, really, original layout or at least a nice one
::Easy to navigate
::Must be about anime
::Can only have 2 broken links (maybe 5 at most depending on the size of your site)
::Must have at least 2 graphics made by you (ex: Title of the site, a button, etc.)
::Must have something not too common on your site (ex: desktop themes, real audio/video, club, etc.)
