RULES
Well, here are the rules.
1) You must have a site or homepage (of coarse).
2) Don't be suprised that you don't win it.
3) If you apply for an award and I don't feel you don't diserve it, I may give you a different one and any others I want to give.
4) I may not reply to your application for a week to a month (i'm very busy ^-^)
5) Your site doesn't have to be anime related but I prefer it is.
6) Your site must not contain hentai/porno, and tons of bad language.
7) You can only apply for 3 awards per site!
